So I just had another taste of the vegan mayonnaise that I made, and it tastes so good, plus, I think I have a new recipe for vegan whipped cream, sour cream and a chip dip now. With just a bit tweaking of the recipe I could probably make it into either one. I'm not sure I really want to make it into whipped cream though, because the only thing I'd use whipped cream for would be in cakes, and I'd be using a lot for that, and I'm not so fond of the idea of all the oil in there. I mean, for the mayo its fine, because I don't really use that much mayo.
